1. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of getting it.

2. What Can Be Returned?

You can return an item if:

It is not used or worn.

It is in its original packaging with tags.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You cannot return:

Gift cards

Personal care items (like soap or lotion)

Custom-made or personalized products

3. How to Return an Item

Email Us – Send a message to Bettermegrind@gmail.com with your order details.

Wait for Approval – If we approve your return, we will send you instructions.

Send It Back – You must pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged or wrong.

Get a Refund or Exchange – Once we check the item, we will send a refund or a new item within 7 business days.

4. Refunds

We will refund the money to the same payment method you used.

Your bank may take time to process the refund.

Shipping fees are not refunded unless we made a mistake.

5. If Your Item Is Damaged or Wrong

If you get a broken or incorrect item, email us within 7 days for a refund or a replacement.
